Retail Health Therapy by Kevin Hinton

I was sitting in the café next to the 'Op Shop' - waiting for Katy to complete her genetic compliment! - and for those of you that do not have a girlfriend - or have never co-habited with the fairer sex - I am talking about the innate ability of the female to 'shop' - wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself.

It is during these opportune moments that I pen little notes to myself - reminders of my being for now, and the future.

To-days reminder distilled down to an old song from the 60's with words akin to - 'Everyone wants to get to heaven but nobody wants to die.'

How does this relate to health you might well ask?

We all want health - freedom from symptoms and pain - but to give up the habits that appease our senses - that's the hard part - and that's the crux of this missive.

If we want something different - we must therefore DO something different, or to quote an old adage - the height of stupidity is to continue doing the same thing while expecting a different result.

We can take that to the bank - if the bank is still open!

Don't wait until your bank closes its doors.

If you don't like the way you feel as a result of your actions - try Nature Cure - a philosophy of living that results in health and happiness - especially in times of need.

Does this make sense - or should I retire to the Op-Shop for a bit of retail therapy?
